Not an awful lot happened today that
is worth writing about. We spent the
whole day, morning and afternoon, in the shop where we bought the Sim card
yesterday. It just did not work. Turned out to be a total dud, and now we have
to fight with the company to get our money back – I’m not holding my breath. A very frustrating day! We have now bought a different Sim card, from
the Orange network, which does work but the internet is ever so slow. Too slow to upload the blog every evening so
I will be doing so in batches when we are in places with better internet
service.

Good to see that the big barge which seemed to have commandeered part of the pontoon has left.
