Another largely unexciting
canal, although in fact this is a river, the Leie, but it is a busy commercial
highway. We saw many "old
friends" in the barges we passed, some for the fourth and fifth time, but
seeing this is the fourth time we are doing this canal there is not a lot to be
said.
Dogs on barges:
Tucked up under the bow of a huge barge waiting to enter the St Baafsvijver Lock.
Elle with the top down to go under the low bridge at the marina.
We have had magnificent weather for many days - and particularly lovely evening.
